Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel

To cancel your order, please email us at support@beuniquehub.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. If eligible, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be initiated.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

• • You received a damaged or defective clothing item
• • You received the wrong size, color, or product
• • You cancelled the order before it was shipped

Non-Refundable Items

Clothing items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return or refund, unless they were received in damaged or incorrect condition.

Refund Process

Once your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation once the refund is processed.
